You represent and warrant that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, that you are not subject to any court order or legal restriction that would prevent you from using the Platform, and that you are not a compulsive or problem gambler who has previously requested self-exclusion from jili22 or any other gaming operator.
To access the full features of the jili22 Platform, you must register an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested during the registration process. You agree to promptly update your Account information if any details change.
Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on jili22. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. jili22 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate Accounts and to forfeit any balances associated with them.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any authentication details with any third party. jili22 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify jili22 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
jili22 may, at its sole discretion and at any time, require you to complete identity verification procedures ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) before processing deposits, withdrawals, or bonus claims. Required documents may include, but are not limited to, a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in Account suspension.
jili22 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment channels: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and bank transfers via major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to eligible Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted. jili22 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals via credit cards or any form of cryptocurrency.
The minimum deposit amount on jili22 is ₱100. Minimum and maximum transaction limits may vary by payment method and are subject to change. Current limits are displayed at the time of transaction.
Withdrawal requests are processed within twenty-four (24) hours of submission, subject to verification requirements. jili22 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the jili22 Account holder.
All transactions on the jili22 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). jili22 does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by jili22 are subject to these general bonus terms as well as any specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Bonus Credits and any winnings derived from Bonus Credits are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the promotion's specific terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus; unused Bonus Credits will expire at the end of the validity period.
Not all games on the jili22 Platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. Specific game contribution percentages are detailed in each promotion's terms. jili22 reserves the right to exclude certain games from wagering requirement contributions at any time.
jili22 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any Bonus Credits and associated winnings if it determines, at its sole discretion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploiting promotional terms through low-risk wagering strategies, using multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, or providing false information to qualify for a promotion.
jili22 offers a range of gaming products including slot games, bingo, jackpot games, Lucky Dice, and live casino tables. The availability of specific games may vary and is subject to change without notice. jili22 does not guarantee the continuous availability of any particular game or game category.
All game outcomes on the jili22 Platform are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcome of the live game event. jili22 does not manipulate game outcomes. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for individual games are available within each game's information panel.
In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game round, jili22 reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the wager amount to the Player's Wallet. Malfunction voids all pays and plays. jili22 shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the refund of the affected wager.
If a Player is disconnected from the Platform during an active game round, the game will continue to its natural conclusion. The outcome will be recorded and the Player's Wallet will be updated accordingly upon reconnection. jili22 is not responsible for losses incurred due to internet connectivity issues on the Player's end.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jili22 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:
jili22 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it reasonably believes that a Player has violated these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other Players.
Upon termination of an Account for cause, jili22 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining Wallet balance, including both real-money funds and Bonus Credits, pending the outcome of any investigation. Where an Account is closed without cause or at the Player's own request, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Players may request the closure of their Account at any time by contacting jili22 support. Requests for self-exclusion will be processed in accordance with jili22's Responsible Gaming policy. Players who have self-excluded may not re-register during the self-exclusion period.

Players who have self-excluded from jili22 are prohibited from attempting to circumvent the self-exclusion by registering new Accounts. Any Account found to have been registered in violation of a self-exclusion will be immediately terminated and any balance forfeited.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jili22 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from Platform downtime, maintenance periods, or technical failures beyond its reasonable control.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jili22 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
Where jili22's liability cannot be excluded by law, jili22's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
All content on the jili22 Platform, including but not limited to the jili22 brand name, logo, game graphics, software, text, images, and user interface design, is the intellectual property of jili22 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the jili22 Platform without the prior written consent of jili22.
